  • Benefits may vary by class of employees

  • Premiums paid for non-owner employees usually are not considered income and deductible to the business

  • Treatment of premiums for owner employees, depends upon the organizational structure, S Corp, LLC, Partnership, etc. 

 

OPTION 2-Voluntary Employee Paid Coverage for All Full-Time Employees & Spouses

  • Employee may design coverage based on individual needs

  • Portable policies allow employees to continue coverage if they leave the company
